سياسة الشحن والتوصيل | Shipping and Delivery Policy

جميع الرسوم المذكورة أدناه شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT). All fees mentioned below include Value Added Tax (VAT).

1. عملاء مدينة الرياض والمحافظات التابعة لها | Customers in Riyadh and its Provinces

• رسوم التوصيل | Delivery Fees: 23 ريال سعودي. 23 SAR.
• مدة التوصيل داخل الرياض | Delivery Time in Riyadh: من 1 إلى 6 أيام عمل كحد أقصى من وقت تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن. Maximum of 1-6 business days from the time the shipment is handed over to the courier.
• مدة التوصيل للمحافظات | Delivery Time in Provinces: من 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل كحد أقصى من وقت تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن. Maximum of 1-7 business days from the time the shipment is handed over to the courier.

2. عملاء بقية مناطق المملكة | Customers in Other Regions of the Kingdom

• مدة التوصيل | Delivery Time: من 3 إلى 14 يوماً كحد أقصى من وقت تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن. Maximum of 3-14 business days from the time the shipment is handed over to the courier.
